Practicing Gratitude is a sure-fire way to create your best life right now.
While it might seem counter-intuitive—especially when you’re not where you’d like to be in your life—being thankful for what you do have is super-important. Why?
The main reason has to do with the Law of Attraction. When you are feeling lack, or frustration, you’re attracting more lack, and more to feel frustrated about. Feelings are sticky, and like attracts like—it’s just law. There is no discrimination.
When you practice Gratitude, the same law applies, and those appreciative and happy feelings magnetically stick to more of the same—more to appreciate and be happy about. Just the intention of saying the words Thank You, is a very high-vibrating intention, and wields enormous power in the unseen.
Willie Nelson once said, “When I started counting my blessings, my whole life turned around.”
I invite you to try it for a week.
Really. No matter where you are in your life, what I know for sure is that there’s something you can be grateful for. Is it your warm bed, a soft pillow, the sweet face of a child, or just the ability to sit outside and look at the stars? Whatever it is, really appreciate it, say Thank You—to God, the Universe, your own High Self, or just to Life, for having it.
What I can absolutely promise you is that at the end of the week, you’ll have noticed more to be Grateful for. The good news is that there’s no limit to what you can create with Gratitude alone.
